What you can measure you can manage

Most owner managed businesses do not employ a qualified accountant but need regular management accounts to run their business effectively. We produce monthly or quarterly management accounts for many of our clients and some have benefited from this service for over 20 years.

The accounts are produced from your systems by an experienced accountant and reviewed by a Murray Smith Partner. We email the accounts to you soon after each month end and, if required, also send a copy to your bank.

Our clients find that this process adds structure and reliability to the finance function and considerably enhances their reputation with the bank.

Advisory meetings

We also offer regular advisory meetings with your Murray Smith Partner. These can be monthly or quarterly depending on the complexity of the business and the level of input that you want.
